Dear family and friends,
The Summer Solstice is here and school is almost over! We have been working on developing some TownHalls as a way of starting needed conversations and organizing ourselves to become better engaged with the systems that are important to our communities; such as the education system that assumes ownership of our future generations.
The Townhall will be facilitated by us and we hope to have interested parents, grandparents and teachers attend for the all-day working session.
Why are we gathering in a call to action to reform education? Families are on the rise to take back responsible ownership of their children and how, what and where they are educated. How do families take back their power and their children; KNOWLEDGE!
Ask yourself; Does the education my child/grandchild/student is receiving have a healthy effect on my them?
We have an opportunity to wake up from the educational slumber and move education in a positive, hopeful direction. Children and families working to re-learn how to learn is coming to life, dawning, through alternative and aware-centered learning/education. Healing from the indoctrinated old paradigm of main stream education as an expression of power and politics, we enter bravely into this new world, reforming education, where the future of humanity as free, individual, responsible human beings may begin now!
There are options of alternative and aware-centered learning/education. What would the future of humanity look like when we receive children in reverence, educate them in love, and send them forth in freedom?

Identify issues of concern
Prioritize goals
Develop strategies to achieve these goals
Plan short and long term actions
